Work Hours/Shift: Part Time/Days. Monday - Friday

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into admissions opportunities;
* Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
* Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements;
* Segment and leverage the marketing automation database for efficient and effective campaign targeting;
* Monitor and analyze day-to-day campaign performance, create and maintain reporting metrics and make recommendations for optimizing campaign strategy based on data analysis;
* Provide engaging and articulate information about AHU Denvers value proposition to potential customers;
* Efficient management of the applicant pipeline;
* Meet personal targets and work towards AHUs admissions and enrollment goals
* Ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, web conferencing, webinars and face-to-face, to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship;
* Work closely with internal enrollment and marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
* Provide accurate and timely information as required to senior management;
* Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, SEO optimization;
* Work closely and collaboratively with team members across academic programs, media services and creative services teams, including the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
* Represent AHU Denver at recruitment events, corporate events or meetings independently or with colleagues;
* Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
* Develop a strong knowledge of AHU Denvers programs and services to facilitate the enrollment process.
* Develop understanding how the benefits of AHU Denvers programs and services can meet customers needs.
* Create ways to generate and maintain customer interest in our academic programs.
* Develop external messaging content and collateral that supports AHU brand.

Manage the creation of integrated, demand generation campaigns for prospects and customers

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Collaborative, helpful demeanor
* Ability to take initiative and present ideas for improving processes and service
* Ability to routinely document fulfillment of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Excellent research and problem-solving skills
* Competent IT skills with an understanding of:
* Microsoft Office
* Google programs
* Social networking tools
* Strict adherence to practicing discretion and confidentiality regarding access to student information and knowledge of other sensitive matters
* Alignment to the mission and vision of AHU

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Bachelors Degree
* Must possess a general knowledge of marketing and social media best practices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

* * Bachelors Degree in Marketing
* One or more years of marketing or social media management

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The AHU Denver Marketing & Lead Strategist is an experienced and dynamic marketing professional, with a track record of quantifiable success. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is an excellent communicator with experience in content, design, and creative development. They work well within a cooperative and friendly team and can work on their own and lead other team members. The primary focus of the role is to work with the AHU Denver team to develop and deliver a strong lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the admissions pipeline. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
