Work Hours/Shift: Part Time

You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates behaviors at Adventist University of Health Sciences in harmony with the Four Words Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship.

* Manage information in My Clinical Exchange and Complio for all AHU Denver students, faculty, and staff, including background check reports, drug screen results, immunization compliance, and clinical schedules.
* Liaise with appropriate clinical facility coordinators regarding clinical placement requests and compliance.
* Liaise with compliance platform staff to ensure AHU compliance expectations are upheld.
* Liaise between new AHU Denver program students, faculty, and staff and Centura Centers for Occupational Medicine (CCOM).
* Assist current students with any immunization holds.
* Assist the Chief Operating Officer and AHU Denver faculty with projects.
* Be responsible for lab supply inventory and ordering, including laundry.

Qualifications

* Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent research and problem-solving skills
* Strict adherence to practicing discretion and confidentiality regarding access to student information and knowledge of other sensitive matters

* Associate degree in the healthcare field
* Clerical
* Customer Service
* Bachelor degree in the healthcare field (Preferred)

Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist will handle all tracking of immunization compliance and requests for clinical rotations, including assisting with the creation of new affiliation agreements and management of existing agreements.
