Work Hours/Shift:

Per Diem Nights

You will be responsible for:

* Delivers prescribed medication via inhalation in accordance with the physicians order
* Oxygen therapy in accordance with departmental oxygen protocol
* Performs setup of Holter monitors
* Performs electrocardiograms
* Performs cardiac stress test
* Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions and treatments, as appropriate
* Educates patients and family members about patient illnesses and clinical interventions
* Ensures patient documentation is accurate, complete and complies with department protocols and procedures
* Cleans and stocks equipment
* Participates in the Code Blue and Rapid Response Team
* Administers all non-invasive modes of therapy for infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications
What you will need:

* FL Paramedic license required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
* Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification preferred

Job Summary:

Provides patients with Cardiopulmonary support treatment, care, and evaluations during their inpatient stay.
