Description

This position is responsible for Commercial Loan Syndication administration and processing. The incumbent ensures the timely and accurate execution of loan servicing where Citizens serves as the lead/Agent bank. The analyst is responsible for fees, reports, repayments throughout the duration of the loan, loan monitoring and overall reporting for all lending parties. The Agency Services Specialist serves as the primary link between the borrower and the lenders.

* Maintain a specific portfolio of customer accounts. Process payments, advances, payoffs, rate changes and other maintenance related to these transactions.
* Balance accrual, billing and general ledger accounts and systems, monitor report and escalate outstanding items.
* Process Swingline and Sweep related transactions and occasionally produce manual settlements.
* Work with customers, lending regions, internal departments and other banks to resolve syndication and participation differences, manually recalculating loan histories if needed.
* Research complex escalated issues and effectively convey pertinent information to management and business stakeholders.
* Assist in department projects including system upgrades, conversions and interfaces

Qualifications

* 1+ Years expereince working with Syndicated Loans
* Experience reviewing Commercial loan documentation
* 1+ years experience in an Agency Services role
* General ledger balancing experience

Education:

Bachelor degree preferred
