Description
The Senior Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for directing all aspects of cash management product/service set-up for new and existing clients of Treasury Solutions. Acting as a central point of contact for the client, the IM develops a customized plan for each client and directs required internal partners (i.e., legal, product, operations, technology, risk, and sales) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time frames, with full ownership of end-to-end process from client commitment to revenue generation. Operates independently day to day with only general supervision. Makes decisions regarding client on-boarding projects without seeking management approval. Routinely manages highly complex and higher revenue client implementations including Integrated Payables and Receivables, ICL, all file transmission services as well as a mixture of less complex services being on-boarded by the client simultaneously.
* Cash Management Implementation experience (Min of 2 to 4 yrs experience)
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment. (Min of 2 to 4 yrs experience)
* Detailed knowledge of cash management products and an understanding of the sales process and the client need that drives usage of these products. (Min of 2 to 4 yrs experience)
* Technical implementation experience with in depth knowledge of transmission protocols and familiarity with file formats
* Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to adapt and tailor message to particular audience (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client).
* Ability to understand technical aspects of product/service, both from a functionality perspective but also from an operations/set up perspective and be able to articulate it to a less technical audience (Client and Sales)
* Ability to develop relationships with business partners to ensure objectives are met and client has best possible experience.
* Collaborate with Product Partners on new product stand-ups to represent the Implementation team in defining processes and procedures
* Cross training junior peers after development of the procedures for new products
* Ability to stay organized in managing a queue of several projects to ensure clear communication/status updates with sales partners, operational partners
* Proficient with workflow tools: SalesForce, MS Project, MS Excel, etc.
* Must be able to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure.
* Ability to work well with product management, sales, customer and technical system staff to resolve issues and problems.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related technical field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Industry Certifications (CTP, PMP) a plus
