Qualifications
* Run reports and invoices
* Work with advisors and investment managers to fix reporting and billing errors
* Post reports and invoices
* Change asset classifications as needed
* Input statements
* Update manual calculations
* Review first of the month reports
* Perform cash reconciliations
* Create new portfolios
* Assist with audit preparations
* Set up new clients for reporting
* Work with clients when necessary to troubleshoot Black Diamond issues
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F
