Description
This role will include a variety of payment processing functions. This role will be trained on cross functions tasks within Cashiering. The daily priority will determine the duties assigned each day.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Mail opening in a controlled environment.
Open and track overnight payment and payoff checks.
Decisions lockbox rejects through the decisioning module.
Reconciling and mailing overage checks on paid in full loans.
Prints and reconciles disbursement checks.
Processes escrow shortage payments as well as other payments as needed.
Scans and reconciles checks for bank deposit.
Working rejected payments.
Processing and balancing payments according to rules and guidelines.
Reaching out to various business lines for decisioning on defaulted loans.
Returning checks to customers or forwarding to other business lines within the ban
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Good decision making based on guidelines
Good mathematical skills

Hours per Week: 40hrs
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am- 5:30 pm
