Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play an important role in building awareness and adoption of BCGs alumni marketing strategy with the use of business development technologies, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. These tools are critical to delivering more personalized and secure experiences, promoting transparency and collaboration, and generating actionable insights in support of BCGs strategic objectives supporting all alumni-related activities.
You will offer thought partnership and execution in three areas: 1) Alumni Marketing Technology program strategy, implementation, and program measurement, 2) Engagement with your key stakeholders: the global network of Alumni Coordinators, specialty business, marketing teams and client team to promote effective use of tools, 3) Contribute to Strategy Implementation and Adoption through data analysis derived from CRM usage and with the help of analytics tools.
You will do this while collaborating with Global and Local Alumni teams, Marketing technology teams, Specialty Businesses Alumni Ambassadors, and Global Client Team. Day-to-day activities will be spread primarily across the following areas:
Alumni Marketing Technology Program Development and Impact Measurement

* Support the global alumni strategy using experience from stakeholder interactions

* Collaborate with Marketing Technology team to assess change impacts of technology and system releases and plan change activities to support the process changes for alumni-related initiatives

* Develop and track alumni technology program success metrics

* Prepare communications related to change management, training plans, and relevant materials

* Help prepare for stakeholder engagement meetings as needed

* Work with Account Based Engagement (ABE) and Client teams for alumni ABE sprint efforts

Stakeholder Engagement

* Lead tech-enabled relationships by onboarding new stakeholders from BCGs Alumni Coordinators network, including specialty businesses and new key account teams, and establish working cadence

* Translate strategy and new findings into a comprehensive training program for Alumni Coordinators

* Deliver training and communications to increase readiness and adoption of stakeholders to input and maintain data

* Support stakeholders working through special projects related to alumni marketing platforms

* Provide performance support to address questions and issues and assist in system usage

Strategy Implementation, Adoption, and Measurement

* Understand the global alumni programs strategic goals

* Contribute point of view to help influence the overall Alumni technology and platforms roadmap

* Provide analysis of datasets input in MS Dynamics CRM and in available dashboards through EngageCRM and Tableau

* Participate in feedback loop regarding usability of the alumni marketing technology solutions

YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Core BCG skill set, incl. problem solving, quantitative analysis, storytelling, etc.
* Understanding of the BCG partnership, account team models, and BCG's business

* Ability to build relationships and influence the global network of Alumni Coordinators; credible and mature

* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

* Self-starter and ability to work independently and in teams; displays consideration and respect for others and puts team success ahead of opinion

* Great organization and planning skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities

* Persistent in reaching key objectives, but tactful, patient, and flexible to make progress

* Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment

* Willingness to work flexible and extra hours if project deadlines require

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field
* Preferred 5+ years-experience in management consulting, marketing, or other professional services firm; BCG experience strongly preferred

* Experience in supporting successful systems implementation and / or technology enabled change efforts

* Experience with training, enablement, and change management of stakeholders

* Experience with MS Dynamics, Tableau, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools

* Strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)

* Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

YOU'LL WORK WITH

Global Alumni is led by Miki Tsusaka (MDSP) and Anna Damico (Senior Manager).

On a day-to-day basis, you will support the strategy of the alumni program and translate into a coordinated change program for the global Alumni Network, including the onboarding of new teams, user enablement to input data, data governance, and data quality that is input in EngageCRM and Salesforce, under the leadership of your Line Manager and other Marketing & Business Development Technologies team resources that will work in collaboration.
