BCGs Technology Advantage (TA) Practice focuses on helping clients deliver competitive advantage and business superior performance through the use of data, technology and digital. Our consultants and experts globally work across all industries and provide deep experience and expertise across a number of topics including: World Class Tech Function, Data and Digital Platform, Tech in Digital, Digital Products & Services, Tech-Enabled Capability, and Tech in Large Scale Change.
We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in a Client Focus role to help shape our Customer Journeys at Scale offering and apply it during large scale digital transformation projects. You will work with a team of BCG consultants and digital specialists while advising clients and building IP assets including:
* Digital Transformation: Helping clients rethink the impact of digital on their business and accelerate their transformation efforts from a customer journey perspective.
* Customer Centricity: Reinventing the Customer Experience, leveraging journey maps, deep customer empathy, and data to create transformative digital interfaces, marketing strategies, and process innovations.
* Digital Innovation: Analyzing best in class exemplars of industry and technology leaders and Fintech and/or InsurTech startups globally
You will be primarily staffed on client projects in a deep engagement model as a member of the case team, utilizing unique knowledge assets and providing thought partnership in the Customer Journeys at Scale Key Digital Program.
* Deliver original analysis and customized insights in client projects by leveraging specific experience or knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and Contribute to a project module or own a smaller module under the guidance of a Project Leader who frames the module within the broader case context
You will use time between cases for:
* Productizing and creating IP contributions, e.g. bringing back insights and experiences from cases into the specific knowledge asset
* Education: providing insights to consulting and knowledge teams to nurture the expertise and digital knowledge within BCG

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Ideally an MBA or MS who has 3-4 years of experience working with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on technology/digital initiatives) in Financial Institutions or Insurance
* Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement
* Expertise in digital strategy, operations, and/or product management, first specialization a plus
Understanding of many of the following areas/topics:
* Digital & analytics trends e.g. use cases, pilots, tools and vendors, digital technologies, e.g. AI, data analytics, etc., and/or disruptive digital banking or insurance models
* S/he should have a desire and interest to stay up to date with the current best practices and market leaders, tech & industry disruptions through start-ups, e.g. key players, investors and state of the market and Agile ways of working
