Job Description
The Critical Facilities Manager (CFM) has overall responsibility for all aspects of Mission Critical services and/or operations. The CFM is the primary ABM Mission Critical point of contact for day-to-day operations. They will create an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability within the Mission Critical environment as they build a team of Critical Facility Technicians, Assistant Critical Facility Managers, and outside contractors capable of achieving the goal of 100% availability of mission critical infrastructure. The CFM will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.

Essential Functions:

Oversee all aspects of the Mission Critical Facilitys critical physical infrastructure.
Ensure that all work performed within mission critical space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
Subordinate supervisory responsibilities.
Oversee the development and accuracy of site-level operating procedures and other documentation.
Supervise and escalate as needed ABMs response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities.
Manage the Change Management Program.
Manage the MOP, SOP and EOP Program, including development of new documents.
Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures of assigned contracts.
Manage the complete physical assets pertaining to the Operation and Maintenance of the critical and non-critical infrastructure equipment and systems.
Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions within Mission Critical Facilities.
Resolve all electrical, mechanical, BAS, EPMS, BMS, and Fire Protection System issues in the Mission Critical Facilities while minimizing risk and business impact and communicate issues to management and customers in a timely manner.
Manage the customer relationship and act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, including, but not limited to schedules, new business, projects, budgets and expansion and staffing.
Manage oversight from preventive maintenance inspections and provide guidance on how to address issues.
Audit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness, produce reports as required at customer request, control system access and user credentials.
Manage access to the Mission Critical Facilities ensuring the appropriate access control lists are maintained and reviewed regularly.
Make space and power recommendations to the customer and manage power and cooling capacity and environmental conditions within the data center space.
Ensure compliance of Customer SLA parameters and Change Control activities, review and approve all system changes (set-points, thresholds, alarm-points, etc.) which could impact customer operations
Set, review and approve employee work/PTO schedules; audit and process employee time and payroll.
Ensure that ABM training expectations are met and audit the process monthly.
Identify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors who will perform work on-site.
Develop PM contract scopes-of-work, ensure contract terms are fulfilled.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university in a major relevant field of study or equivalent 5-7+ years experience in mission critical operations environments, required.
Technical school with an emphasis on mission-critical operations, high-performance manufacturing, or relevant military operational experience preferred.
5+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
5+ years Electrical experience.
