Job Description
* Invoice processing and coding to general ledger accounts for multiple business units
* Prepare billing to client for out of scope work.
* Update and track contract spending caps per client contract.
* Review and process employee expense reimbursements.
* Prepare mid-month forecasts.
* Review P&Ls during month end close for multiple business units and analyze variances to budget for each general ledger account.
* Provide notes for key cost drivers and variances to budget.
* Prepare journal entries for month end close.
* Monitor compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Policies, company policies and procedures, and SOX controls.
* Maintain and update open PO files.
* Ad hoc reports and projects as needed by Accounting Manager.
* *Job duties may be modified at any time.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 1 year or internship preferred.
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Basic skills in CMMS software preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
