Job Description
Kirk Road - Perform a wide variety of tasks to ensure a timely flow of production and assembly activities. Coordinate assigned operations, and stocking of supplies and raw materials. Utilize small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including forklifts, skids, pallet handlers, etc. To stage materials and load trucks. Provide assistance in all areas of the LFD department. Coordinate materials through appropriate channels. Provide information to various departments regarding status. Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions. Compiles and maintains information to expedite movement of materials according to schedule and priorities. Responsible for operating and setting-up a hot and/or cold seal laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of screen printed or digital imaged products. Sets feed speed, pressure, and/or temperature for optimum production rates, trims pieces, and maintains quality by performing the following duties personally.
This position is for 1st shift.

Required Experience
* 2-5 years work history in a manufacturing environment required; experience in printing environment preferred.
* High School/GED and/or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
* Minimum 2 years previous experience setting up and running cutting and folding machines.
* Previous experience in the operation of a bindery machine or work in a printing environment
