Position Summary

The Director, Retirement Benefits will oversee the operation and administration of all corporatewide retirement plans at PCC, including the PCC 401(k) Plan, domestic defined benefit plans, and all nonqualified benefit plans. The position will also assist with the administration of the PCC Longterm Incentive Plan (LTIP). The successful candidate will work with PCC domestic and international operating units to organize key plan information and processes, maintain compliance with IRS and ERISA regulations, align internal stakeholders and meet deliverables in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. The Benefits Analyst will report to this position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Oversee daily administration of the PCC 401(k) Plan with the support of the Benefits Analyst and local HR/payroll teams
* Organize the 401(k) plan investment and administrative committees and all U.S. pension plan administrative committees, including leading discussions on key topics such as design changes and ongoing compliance
* Manage relevant outside vendors including recordkeepers, legal counsel, actuaries, brokers, trustees, and consultants
* Complete all compliance filings (5500, 8955SSA, etc.) within the prescribed deadlines
* Partner with the Director of Compensation to administer PCCs LongTerm Incentive Program (LTIP) and evaluate executive retirement plan benefit coverage, including benchmarking and cost analysis
* Support PCC locations with education, training, reporting, funding, and other daily benefits activities
* Interact with internal and external auditors and government auditors (when necessary) and serve as the primary contact and knowledge resource for annual audit processes and demographic testing
* Interact with executive leadership concerning matters of significance to the company
* Create efficiencies in plan administration and serve as the primary plan resource for local HR and benefits employees at PCC locations

Experience & Education

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
* 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration and compliance, acting in a consultative role to advise either internal or external stakeholders
* Broad knowledge of IRS and DoL regulations

* Highly organized individual with strong analytical, quantitative, and problemsolving skills
* Proactive and diligent, combined with a willingness to roll up their sleeves in order to complete projects
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
