The ideal candidate will be directly providing hands-on skills required to develop, configure, deploy and support security solutions for Collaboration technologies as well as for Microsoft Office 365 products/services. The Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer is a member of the Collaboration Security Team who actively partners/collaborates with the Collaboration product teams (colleagues at NM) to ensure security is appropriately coordinated within the products being delivered throughout the organization. Key security aspects which will be evaluated are Identity and Access Management (Active Directory), Encryption (TLS), Data Protection (DLP), Networking, Audit and Logging. Will identify, evaluate and report on information & technology risks in a manner that meets compliance/regulatory requirements; aligning to support the risk posture of the enterprise. This will be achieved by building a partnership with Information Risk Management to assure alignment of operational risk management practices & processes are in place. Will assist leaders in prioritizing along with developing technologies & procedures to address information & technologies risks/security gaps.

* Work with products/services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power BI, Intune.

* Communicate efficiently with technical & non-technical team members, colleagues, and leaders

* Provide technical mentorship to those who may not have the same in-depth knowledge of Collaboration Security

What skills do you need?

* Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT Engineering or a significant amount of directly-related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position

* Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience

* Proven knowledge technologies (ex. Slack, Zoom, Office365 products) & Cybersecurity with an eagerness to continue to grow this knowledge

* Ability to identify security risks within the Collaboration technologies and suggest mitigations

* Experience with PowerShell scripting

* Solid Grasp of information risks and IT general controls

* Solid grasp of risk management frameworks

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Partners well with others; fosters teamwork among team members and across teams

* Analytical abilities in decision making and problem solving

* Balance multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity

* Demonstrable ability to build and execute communication plans

* Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
