The Senior Enterprise Architect, Application Portfolio Management(APM) will focus and deliver on business capability management, application portfolio management, and lifecycle management. As an Enterprise Architect, you will facilitate and participate in programs supporting Architecture governance, guidelines, and support. Work in partnership with technology and business teams to align to the goals of the company to ensure IT is able to deliver, identify maturity gaps and communicate recommendations on transformational requirements to meet business requirements.

What youll do:

* Focus and deliver on Application portfolio management, technology standard, and lifecycle management.
* Governance and model/reporting on Application/Technology landscape. Deliver information from the APM to empower value capture and application rationalization programs.
* Deliver Enterprise Roadmaps to define end-state models and track execution of transitional architecture to required states.
* Reviews and analyzes the feasibility of new applications for possible inclusion into the application portfolio for a make vs buy decision
* Well-versed in the processes, tools, and technology to drive integration and rationalization capabilities across disparate domains, both technical as well as business.
* Assess the state, risk, and technical viability of the application portfolio, including how well it meets business needs, and determine the options for remediation.
* Recommend redundant and non-value-adding applications and legacy technologies for elimination from the portfolio.
* Interacts with other Architects to maintain an accurate, up-to-date portfolio of applications and technologies.
* Interacts with business stakeholders and Business Architects to understand business needs and recommend effective technological alternatives.

* Ability to own and drive data-based analysis while navigating ambiguities.
* Ability to independently draft and present deliverables and strategic recommendations.
* Be a thought leader that actively contributes ideas to help customers, partners, leaders, and peers think outside of the box.
* Application Portfolio Management, including the ServiceNow products required
* Bachelors in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 4-5 years of professional experience required
* 1-5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
