Northrop Grumman 39;s Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) is seeking a Business Management Operations amp; Facilites, Manager 3, to join our Controller rsquo;s office in Redondo Beach CA. The Business Management Operations amp; Facilites, Manager 3 will report to the SSSD Division Controller and will support all of the business management related activities for SSSD Operations amp; Facilities.

This position provides supervision, guidance, and development to a staff of 5 exempt analysts within the SSSD Controllers office. This position requires an understanding and working knowledge of facility service agreements, capital projects, and associated accounting and management of monthly and quarterly financial functional and Divisional reviews. Candidate should have understanding of financial forecasting, including AOP/LRSP, and proper color of money treatment for expenditures under both U.S. GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards. Interfaces regularly with internal supporting functions and outside third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include:

* Financial ownership and management of the function
* Cost Charging and Network Roll up
* Facility Service Agreements (FSAs)
* CapEx (capital) projects
* Develop and support overall long-range strategy and site plan
* Proper compliance/accounting treatment of costs incurred (i.e., indirect by pool or capex, timely completion/capitalization of projects)
* Internal management and monthly/quarterly resource/financial reviews with SSSD leadership
* Resources planning and staffing; employee engagement, staff development, including employee goal setting, annual reviews, and issues resolution

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor rsquo;s Degree with 10 years of experience in Business Management OR a Master 39;s Degree and 8 years of stated experience
* Leadership and management experience
* Working knowledge of Facility Service Agreements, CapEx (capital) projects, and related Accounting and Compliance guidelines
* High level of proficiency with MS Office Tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master rsquo;s Degree
* Current or previous experience in functional business management related roles, site management, and/or FSAs and capital projects
