The candidate for the RF Sensors Subsystem Engineer position will work for the Mission Systems IPT and work with other assigned IPT disciplines to implement the RF Communication Subsystems design architecture and integration of all required subsystems. The candidate will be responsible for the requirements analysis, development, allocations and tracking; perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, run detailed trade studies, translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications; provide design assessments and perform verification checks; develop technical system integration and verification plans and track their progress; perform cost trades; perform risk analysis, develop mitigation plans and track closure; develop test criteria definitions and test plans; develop interface control documents with minimal oversight; lead the development of the subsystem specifications; and participate in Supplier Management Teams overseeing supplier selection, procurement, and supplier oversight. The candidate will support all activities in the System Engineering ldquo;V rdquo;, have working knowledge and experience with MBSE, Digital Engineering and Agile design methodology. In this position, the candidate will also be the primary interface to the MBSE/SEIT IPT and represent the Mission Systems IPT interests. Strong project management, customer, and cross project coordination skills are required.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor 39;s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university
and 9 Years of electonics engineering experience or a Masters Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university
and 7 Years of electonics engineering experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 4
Years of electonics engineering experience
- Active In-Scope DoD Secret Security Clearance that has been granted/renewed within the past 4 years
- This position requires the ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
- Candidate must have a working knowledge of RF Sensors subsytems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Engineering
- Greater than 7 years of experience working with RF Sensors subsystems
- Active Top Secret clearance with access to Special Programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Carrier suitability knowledge
