Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, we want you to join our Team as a JSTARS / B-52 Fabrication Center Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic 1. This position is located at Lake Charles, LA.
You responsibilities will include: Planning, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft skins, structures and surfaces for aircraft modification and assembly in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. Ability to be subject to both external and internal environmental conditions
3. Able to wear respirator or other safety gear
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Airframe and Powerplant license
2. Aircraft structural repair certifications.
