WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nikes Engagement & Activity Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the core Activity team. Nike Training Club (NTC) and Nike Running Club (NRC) serve millions of athletes around the world each week. We pride ourselves on understanding athletes needs and crafting experiences that encourage and enable them to stay healthy and active.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in the creation, improvement and growth of features that drive engagement and retention. This role will focus on applying data-informed insights to motivate athletes* to stick with daily wellness and movement habits, with a focus on Activity Data and Tracking.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

While working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, you will define product requirements, implement on the product vision/plan and develop the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will develop an excellent understanding of consumer needs and perform in-depth data analyses to help inform future product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Product lifecycle management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of shipping innovative product features from ideation through launch. Strategize and implement on user growth and engagement initiatives in operating live products.
* Product Specifications: Write and consult on complex product specifications while accounting for design challenges and external dependencies
* Analytics and Experimentation: Define product KPIs and perform sophisticated analyses to strengthen product insights and data-driven product decisions. Create and implement multivariate experiments/tests to find the optimal product solutions.
* Product roadmap definition: Help develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs.
* Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Program Management, and Brand Marketing teams throughout the development process

WHAT YOU BRING

Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in product management; consumer mobile or web product experience required.
* Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
* Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action
* Ability to work with high performing, cross-functional teams
* Ability to build product deliverables including wireframes and requirements specifications for full stack products (Firmware, SDK, Native App).
* Experience with Bluetooth connected products.
* Experience managing live mobile app or web experiences with multivariate testing
* BA/BS degree required
