WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Were looking for a Talent Management Director for our Global Technology. We build, implement, and cultivate talent strategies with a focus on serving the specialized needs of our most critical roles and talent within our organization that designs and creates outstanding Nike products including footwear, apparel and accessories! We are in need of a leader with experience advising enterprise executives on talent decisions in close partnership with an HR Business Partners. Using a deep passion for talent and knowledge of the business, we are searching for an agile learner, a teammate with a track record of successfully collaborating with executive leaders and who has proven, demonstrable experience advising and tailoring his/her/their approach to meet the clients needs.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this position, you will lead a team of Talent professionals supporting multiple functions within Global Technology. You build and own the coordinated talent strategy with a focus on the levers we use to acquire, grow, develop and move talent across the organization. You'll partner across HR and the business to identify and address critical capability requirements that enable business strategies and Nikes growth agenda! With the purpose of driving talent and business growth, you're accountable for all core talent processes including assessment, performance management, organizational planning, leadership development, retention & development of enterprise and next gen leaders. You'll build capability and strengthen representation, and support executive transitions and coaching. Furthermore, you'll develop and align learning solutions to the expectations of key employee segments to enable growth for all. Continuously assess & identify skill gaps, you'll inform on programming and reskill/upskills needs while engaging with team to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment. Finally, you'll partner with the business leadership team and HR to analyze workforce insights, assimilate talent data and competencies gaps to inform the people strategy for the function.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting to the Sr. Talent Management Director for Global Operations, Technology and Corporate Functions, you work closely across Nike's VPs of HR and business executives. You'll also partner with teammates from Recruiting, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, and Org Effectiveness to ensure a holistic and premium experience for employees around key career moments, moves, development, and growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

* Bachelors degree.
* 10+ years experience in a combination of the following areas: Talent Management, Recruiting, Talent Development, Human Resources Management, HR Strategy and Planning, etc.
* 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
* 2+ years of recent experience in a Talent Management role preferred.
* Experience supporting technology or digital organizations.
* Experience facilitating talent-centric meetings with executives and senior business leadership teams.
* Effective experience leading/influencing organizational change
* Demonstrated experience facilitating discussions building meaningful relationships across all levels.
* Ability to set a strategic plan and aligned desired outcomes to execute multi-year talent and D&I strategies.
* Proven experience utilizing analytics & insights to inform plans and drive outcomes.
