* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Valid driver's license

* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

* Strength with basic technology (tablet and mobile devices)

* Strong work ethic is a must

* Automotive experience is a plus

* High school degree

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong organizational time management skills

* Able to multi-task

Comfort working with technology (tablets and phones)

This job offers you:

* Operation is 24/7; standard schedule times range from:

o 5am-1:30pm

o 1pm-9:30pm

o 9pm-5:30am

You will be expected to:

* Execution and oversight

* To provide Five-Star customer service across our customer processes

* Greet customers and facilitate the checking in/checking out of their vehicles

* Complete and save drafts, start inspections for verify completion.

* Follow all SOP's for each part of the operation

* Communicate issues with the Lead as they occur

* Clean and detail vehicles following the Quality checklist:

* Vacuum front seat and floor

* Vacuum rear seat and floor

* Vacuum trunk

* Wipe down center console

* Wipe down dashboard/cup holders

* Check door pockets for cleanliness

* Door rail plastic/metal wipe down

* Trunk rail wipe down

* Clean all inside windows and windshield

* Wash exterior

* Drift docs removed, registration placed back in glovebox, owner items placed back in vehicle (owner pickup) OR Drift Docs placed in glovebox and registration placed in a tamper proof envelope (borrower pickup)

* Properly secure all keys in the office in the proper lock box

* Telematics device either installed and paired properly (borrower pickup) OR removed (owner pickup)

* Perform vehicle inspections with full documentation across whichever platform is used at the site (Device Magic/Record 360

* Maintain lot and work area cleanliness at all times

* Perform weather related functions (hail blankets/snow, etc.) as necessary

* Conduct routine preventative service checks on fleet vehicles

* Assist Operations Lead/Field Ops Manager with any job-related functions
