We are looking for a Design Assistant for our Design Studio.
It is a temporary, full time admin/clerical role that may turn into a full time permanent position in 2021.
The temporary employee needs to be professional with a welcoming, friendly demeanor as will be assisting our Design Coordinators with home buyers and their design selections.
Requirements are:
Strong phone and computer skills in Microsoft Office a must! (to include calendar meeting scheduling).
Be flexible with changing needs and have the ability to multitask. Work well with team. Dependable/Accountable. Attention to detail.
Current hours are M-F 8:30-5 p.m.
In the future may need to be available on Saturdays (not open on Saturday due to COVID limiting schedule right now)
Having a background in design is preferred but not a requirement for this administrative role.
