This is a direct hire, in office position.

The Administrative Assistant for Raval USA will support the Management team through day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the Plant Manager or Operations Manager. This position requires interaction with office and manufacturing teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
* Generate timely reports and assist in generating data for presentations
* Manage professional office correspondence through phone calls, e-mails, letters, packages, etc.
* Manage agendas and travel arrangements/documentation etc. for management team
* Track stocks of office and cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary
* Transcribe minutes from meetings
* Conduct research when requested
* Data entry with accuracy
* Update documentation system as directed
* Greet and assist visitors
* Run an occasional errand
* Compliance to Safety, Housekeeping, Environmental and Health procedures, including generating checklists and stocking supplies, as necessary
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
* Excellent time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Able to work independently or with a team
* Comfortable entering manufacturing areas to acquire data and/or update information centers
* High school diploma required
Authorities:
* To represent Raval in a professional capacity when interacting with visitors and employees
* To notify the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager if you witness a potential safety or quality concern
Subordination:
* The Administrative Assistant will report to the Plant Manager and Operations Manager
