Manpower is hiring for Soil Sorters! Do you have experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, and/or packing? We are partnered with a stable and growing sterilization company in Salt Lake City, Utah that is looking for individuals just like you!
What's in it for you?
Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay rate: $12
Long term on going
What you'll be doing:
*Performing job in compliance with written Standard Operating Procedures
*Sorting soiled material
*Using computer to assign wrapped packs to sterilizer lot loads
*Maintaining and transferring appropriate sterilization records and documentation to QA representative
*Communicating effectively with Quality and Production Teams
*Monitoring and aiding in the maintenance of the sterilizers
*Keeping sterilizers and surrounding work area neat and organized
*Completing necessary paperwork and computer functions, as appropriate for daily work.
*Adhering to Company's Quality standards.
*Making recommendations to management for possible improvement.
*Keeping work area neat and clean.
*Effectively interfacing with operations personnel, distribution and others as appropriate.
*Other duties as assigned.
The skills we are looking for:
* High School Diploma required.
* Minimum of 2 years' equipment operator preferred
* Must be able to diagnose minor sterilizer operating problems
* Must be able to multi-task, and communicate with all levels of staff
* Must have good computer skills and ability to read and understand SOPs
*Must obtain critical thinking skills
