Primary Purpose of the Position:
Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for a new leader to join us and help us improve our Global capalities As the owner for the Customer to Cash proces, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and improving the Customer to Cash (C2C)process to ensure process performance is in line with service level expectations. You will also serve as the primary liaison between corporate, regional and local personnel in the C2C processes and their customers with regard to process performance and improvement activities. As the owner of this process you will drive improvements to raise the performance of the company’s processes by utilizing lean process management, continuous improvement and KPI-based performance management.
What will you be responsible for?
Lead the execution of a global strategy for the global order to cash processes, including associated policies and technologies
Establish and communicate a clear vision for the order to cash processes across the organization
Actively engage and lead the company’s business units and impacted functions to adopt and embrace globally standardized processes.
Drive the transformation of the order to cash processes and makes is the primary decisions-maker for the standards applied to these processes.
Work with management of the global business services (“GBS”) function and the business unit customers to establish and implement target service level agreements.
Drive global deployment and adoption of standardized order to cash processes, with regional and local requirements customization as required to satisfy legal and/or tax compliance.
Develop and translate the overall transformation strategy into operational goals, objectives, and process roadmaps and identifies necessary resources (people and capital) to support the implementation of these strategies.
Engages with GBS leadership to identify, plan and execute on the transition of additional order to cash processes into the GBS organization.
Stays abreast of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to inform strategic direction and process enhancement.
What are we looking for?
6+ years of experience in executing and leading business process transformation activities as part of a multinational, accounting/auditing or consulting/advisory firm required.
Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college degree level education or work-related experience
CPA, CMA or related certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
Experience in process architecture, process change, and change management ideally gained in other organizations which have executed transformation initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hiring Salary Range: $ 113,500- $176,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
