Job Description
* Effectively manage projects across the various areas of the Consumer Marketing department: email, direct mail samples and database.
* Analyze, summarize and report on data sets related to projects
* Compile actionable data sets and information from various data sources to address business needs and requests
* Proactively seek out, evaluate and partner with internal counterparts to optimize and continuously improve consumer marketing performance
* Ability to learn, create and leverage new processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness and assist in overcoming hurdles and constraints of the business.
Job Requirements
* BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Information Science or other related field desired
* Ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain and prioritize a wide project load; to assess business situations, to communicate effectively and to react quickly.
* Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially skills in Excel such as pivot tables, dynamic controls, macros, charting, formatting, data manipulation and conditional logic a plus.
* Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
