Our client has an immediate need for a Help Desk Associate to join their team to provide phone support to their customers. The primary role is to respond to calls, analyze and troubleshoot problems, create and resolve trouble tickets, and escalate issues to specific departments as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Answer calls from customers and following procedures outlined to solve issues.

* Monitor and respond to department emails

* Document calls in tracking software

* Respond to customer generated tickets

* Provide support for issues with cable modems and digital phones

* Understanding of networking terms

* Call center experience
