As an Aircraft Maintenance Support Engineer, you will produce Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals that support the US Air Force F-22 Pilots and Maintainers Worldwide. In this role, you will work with the Technical Order Development, Central Technical Order Data Control Unit, System Engineering, and Provisioning Teams to provide the warfighter with the data needed to maintain/repair the F-22.
Some of your typical responsibilities are listed below:
Receive, process and evaluate the merit of Air Force Technical Order change request submitted from field/depot units.
Interpret technical drawings, wiring, schematic diagrams, and fluid flow charts to verify technical orders match the configuration for appropriate aircraft type versions.
Coordinate and communicate with the local Central Technical Order Data Control Unit, Air Combat Command, Depot customers, as well as internal engineering customers to provide world class technical order sustainment for F-22 technical orders.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate User-level experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience interpreting complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
Experience with aircraft technical manuals, task relationships and familiar with Technical Orders and Technical Order System requirements or equivalent.
Desired Skills:
Experience evaluating technical manual changes, the understanding of aircraft inspection requirements and familiar with TO 00-5-1 AF Technical Order System requirements or equivalent is highly desired.
Experience with electronic technical manuals, task relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess an ability to work as a liaison with US Air Force customer, system engineering, partner companies and team members to communicate complex requirements.
Attention to detail and the aptitude to learn standard group markup language tagging and database commands.
