We're HIRING NOW for a Product Owner! This role can be a remote opportunity.

Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and driving features and user stories for critical business systems. You will speak for the Product Manager, system users and define the details for the technical team. You will shepherd features through the development process, making sure they are done well and communicated appropriately. You will understand the constantly evolving priorities and align the work accordingly.

The Product Owner reports to the Director Business Delivery.

Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with business and technology partners to identify and delivery product enhancements and maintenance
* Handles all aspects of scope management throughout the agile delivery cycle including the approval of development prior to release into production
* Own and manage the product backlog which includes creating and reviewing Capabilities, Features and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria and ensuring the team has the right priorities
* Influence, lead and communicate to all levels across a broad range of customers and constituents
* Develop a technical understanding of the product platform
* Provide consultancy to business partners and Product Manager to ensure processes and platform is utilized properly

Skills and Qualifications

* Experience with Scaled Agile Delivery Framework
* Experience delivering complex system development
* 2-4 years of experience in Product Owner role for software platform(s) and Agile delivery
* Ability to think strategically and understand how solution approach fits into technical environment
* Strong analytical skills with ability to clearly articulate complexities
* Strong communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
* Independent thinker and comfortable with making product level decisions
