We're HIRING NOW for a SOX Advisor!

What You'll Do:

* Conduct and lead audit fieldwork using appropriate auditing methods
* Review and provide feedback of peers work and performance
* Provide verbal and written report to our operations teams that will identify and monitor business opportunities
* Understands Lithias operating structure and accounting system, and provides feedback for process improvements
* Remain current and increase knowledge in the areas of auditing, accounting, business, fraud monitoring, and industry trends, and assists in the development of programs and protocols
* Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of the Internal Audit team
* Work closely with our external auditors in their quarterly and annual audits
* Oversee audit procedures for store and remote work paper completion
* Coordinate the efficient execution of audit programs, including the delegation of duties
* Assists training new associates and interns
* Participates in the interview process of new team members
* Other duties as assigned, increasing in scope and responsibility

What You'll Bring to the Table:

* BS/BA degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university
* CPA/CIA/CFE candidate preferred

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
