Job Requirements
Requires graduation from a school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital-based training program; registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R); and current BLS. If performing work as a Mammography Tech - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) (M). If also performing Computed Tomography (CT) exams - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) in Computed Tomography or registry eligible. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R). If performing work as a Mammography Tech - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) (M). If also performing Computed Tomography (CT) exams - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) in Computed Tomography or registry eligible. Requires excellent customer service skills; excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision; excellent interpersonal skills ability to maintain confidentiality of all information; ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize; ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures; ability to problem solve and use problem-solving methodologies; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action; basic computer skills; skill in English grammar and spelling; knowledge of all applicable state and federal laws regarding radiology services; skills in preparing and maintaining records writing reports and responding to correspondence; ability to maintain quality control standards including meeting regulations for The Joint Commission; and ability to work with minimal supervision to complete complex tasks in a timely manner. Expected Salary $28 DOE plus applicable call and call back pay. PRN positions are utilized as needed, do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Company provided Employee Assistance Program. All positions require completion of post-offer drug screen and background check (includes; employment, criminal and education) is required.
