Havasu Regional Medical Center
This Department of Human Resources position provides support services to all departments within the market. Must demonstrate the strategic ability to work at all levels of the organization. Must be able to assist in the design of an organization that will deliver the business strategy. Primary responsibility for finding and qualifying candidates to fill health care positions for Havasu Regional Medical Center and Valley View Medical Center, this includes posting job openings, sourcing and attracting candidates to the facilities, reviewing resumes, conducting candidate screenings, job offer processing as well as working with hiring managers to select candidates. Individual must be highly-energetic, sales-minded individuals. Duties include: Recruiting and hiring healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High School Education or GED required. Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience required and previous Healthcare experience helpful.

Effective human relations skills are required for interfacing with team members, all levels of staff, physicians, patients, families and other contacts.

Our Operating Groups

Our Health Support Center (HSC), in Brentwood, Tennessee, has subject matter expertise in every area of healthcare operations and provider services.
