This application is for new graduate RNs who will graduate in May 2021 or who have graduated within past 12 months.

Maria Parham Health is a 102 bed hospital located in Henderson, North Carolina. Maria Parham Health is Joint Commission Accredited and was the first hospital to become part of Duke LifePoint Healthcare. Maria Parham offers a wide variety of services. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and the College of American Pathologists, Maria Parham has combined the qualities necessary to offer the best in community medicine - physicians representing a wide range of specialties, highly trained nurses and clinical specialists, and the latest technology.

Nurses at Maria Parham have a collaborative relationship with the entire healthcare team of physicians, technicians and therapists for the provision of total care. The Registered Nurse position coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments.
