The Analyst, Paid Search is responsible for maximizing the digital return o investment, increase traffic and grow customership for the paid search channel.

Specifically, this position will:

* Be accountable for a team and agency
* Responsible for strategy and day to day management of paid search
* Utilize paid search to increase sales and drive the customer mix for the brand
* Triangulate and translate business objectives into tangible prioritized channel recommendations and provide insight and analysis back to the business (on a weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence on what's working and what we should change to move forward
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including analytics and finance partners to strategize, read and react to drive the business forward and keep teams abreast of strategic implications from changes we make
* Manage budget projections, planning, forecasts and invoice management for paid search channel

Qualifications

* 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field
* Retail experience highly desirable
* Team player with great interpersonal skills; ability to foster relationships with internal & external teams
* Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity
* Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with ability to clearly explain business outcomes to leaders
* Ability to multitask and project manage key business priorities
* Ability to think analytically and innovatively, and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
* Results oriented, must be willing to take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, Bing and Search Console
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
