Role

The Manager Network Design, Logistics - Transformation is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to be a part of the journey and help influence Kraft Heinz in its transformation goals. The individual will work on a team to design best-in-class end-to-end supply chain strategies utilizing state of the art optimization tools for Kraft Heinz North America. This highly motivated individual will lead and support strategic decision-making by providing analysis and insights to the leadership team and identify critical projects to improve network performance and costs. This is a key role in driving supply chain business results. The individual will identify and act on inefficiencies and in building cross functional relationships with teams across the operations functions.

Primary Responsibilities

* Support & Lead design, execution and validation of Optimization Software (Llamasoft Supply Chain and Data Guru models) to deliver a pipeline of projects for the North American Operations team
* Support & Lead internal teams on daily & weekly basis to evaluate network studies and generate viable strategic projects for the business
* Work on a high visibility cross functional team, interacting on regular basis with various operations teams (Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, Supply & Demand Planning as well as Business Development)
* Support weekly and monthly project status updates and strategic sessions with Leadership
* Serve as Center of Excellence for data sources, network knowledge and various associated tools
* Ability to identify data requirements, necessary supporting analyses and formulate strategies and solutions that yield value for project success
* Searching for and integrating new data (both internal and external) that improves visibility (and ultimately decisions)

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience or Masters Degree + 3 years of experience
* Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing
* Full-time experience in the field of Supply chain planning /forecasting / inventory management
* 1+ years of experience directly leading a team of 3+ members
* Strong analytics & visualization experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server
* Highly motivated, self-starter that is well organized and needs minimal supervision
* Ability to learn quickly and apply technical skills in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
* Familiarity / Modelling experience with Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru & Data Guru preferred
* Python / R & VBA experience preferred
* Snowflake / Azure experience preferred
