Your Responsibilities

This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

As a Manager, Global Occupational Health Services for John Deere Worldwide headquarters located in Moline, Illinois, you will direct the design, practices, and protocols of global occupational health services for the Company. In addition, you will:

* Lead and manage the operations of U.S./Canada occupational health services
* Develop programs, guidelines, and standards for leading occupational health service delivery that support the Companys strategy
* Lead the technology, analytics, and reporting platforms and strategy for occupational health services
* Collaborate with enterprise, regional and local Health & Well-Being, Safety, Environmental, Legal and Facility leaders
* Lead the partnership with third-party occupational health services supplier(s)

What Skills You Need

* 10 or more years of experience in designing and implementing the practices and protocols for a companys employee health services/occupational health services
* 10 or more years of demonstrated change management experience
* 10 or more years of demonstrated financial and analytical leadership
* 8 or more years of demonstrated experience with legal and OSHA guidelines related to employee health services/occupational health services
* 8 or more years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring other managers or supervisors
* Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
* Masters degree in Business or Public Health Administration
