Introduction
We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 3rd shift position, paying $18.26/hour + $0.25/hour shift differential. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include counting and stacking finished product, reading spec sheets, operating machines, utilizing basic math, inspecting, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions. You will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up scrap and general housekeeping.
Experience
Two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment with at least one year with the same employer preferred. Highly-qualified candidates would possess manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry.
Requirements
Candidates must be willing to work weekends, and overtime as required. Must be able to periodically lift up to 40 pounds and stand for a duration of an 8-hour shift.
