PRODUCTION Position
Effectively operate corrugating or finishing machines to achieve plant goals, including; working safely; maintain/improving productivity according to established methods and goals; participating in crew meetings; able to perform basic math functions; ability to read specification, work order, and tape measure; identifying mechanical problems and barriers to improvement; proactive in areas of safety, waste reduction, quality issues, and productivity; active participation in team problem solving processes. Must be able to work in the heat.
Work hours: 6PM - 6AM
Special Skills
Must have the ability to work in a team environment and be a self-starter
A High School diploma or GED desired and must be at least 18 years of age
Skills required:
Ability to read specifications and work orders.
Perform basic math skills and read a tape measure
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
**Must be able to pass a 90 minute basic industrial skills test.
