As the Senior IT Project Manager Marketing, Sales and Commercial Excellence, you are part of a cross functional team with the responsibility to drive and lead Marketing, Sales and Commercial technology solutions and execution. This role also includes fostering new platform introduction, supporting enhancements and rapid deployments for operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating and managing activities across HCE Business Stakeholders and Corporate IT as it pertains to the execution of eCommerce, CRM and Commercial technology programs. This includes understanding business needs, performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of capabilities/processes, and implementing of tactical and strategic programs.
* Being the systems, process, and data owner for sales and commercial solutions in HCE.
* Provide leaderships for end-to-end IT solution delivery in a matrixed environment.
* Demonstrating solid understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
* Partnering with business stakeholders regarding process changes, global enhancements, rapid deployment requests and updates.
* Manage the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others as outlined in an implementation methodology.
* Ensure that all IT activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner; information resources are secured and protected in a manner appropriate to business and regulatory needs in order to minimize the risk of disruption of key business processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelors degree
* 5 years of experience in implementing technology solutions
* 5 years of IT experience within eCommerce, CRM and CPQ platforms (preferably SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and SAP CPQ Variant Configuration, and eCommerce (Hybris)
* 5 years of experience in strategic planning & IT road map development / management
