About the Position

Goodyear is seeking an Operations Specialist to support AndGo by Goodyear. AndGo by Goodyear is a seamless vehicle servicing platform from Goodyear that combines predictive software, skilled technicians, and trusted national care hubs making it easier to service connected fleets with reduced downtime and disruptions. AndGo operates in over 15 cities in the US, with plans to further expand in the US and globally. This platform is positioned to generate revenue with today's customers (e.g., car sharing, ride hailing), while learning and building what's required to meet the needs of future vehicle types and customers (e.g., AVs).

This new role will be based in Philadelphia and be tasked with:

* Managing the fulfillment of products and services to customers
* Developing appropriate documentation and procedures to scale new products and services
* Expanding the product and service offerings to new geographic regions
* Designing and running experiments to develop new products and services

Primary Responsibilities

Managing the fulfillment of and products services to customer

* Coordinate and manage the scheduling and execution of servicing for assigned fleets
* Respond to customer requests, identify needs, and provide feedback to development team
* Utilize digital platform and provide user feedback to the development team

Developing appropriate documentation and procedures to scale new products and services

* Document current procedures for delivering new products and services
* Identify and implement procedure improvements

Expanding the product and service offerings to new geographic regions

* Research new geographic regions and identify expansion requirements
* Create and execute detailed expansion plans

Designing and running experiments to develop new products and services

* Collaborate with customers to identify new servicing needs
* Identify and prototype solutions to the identified serving need
* Provide feedback and learnings to the development team

Required Education and Experience

* Bachelors in engineering, marketing, economics, social sciences, or similar required, MBA or MS desired
* 4+ years of experience working in operations, innovation, or customer-facing roles

Skills and Abilities

* Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements and procedures
* Strong communication skills, tech savviness, and decisiveness under ambiguous circumstance
* Ability to contribute to a cross-functional team environment
* Ability to design and run quick iterative experiments based on minimum viable prototypes
* Ability to travel 25-50% on average
