Job Description

This role will be a critical interface to multiple organizations, but most importantly: Engineering (ISP/OSP), Construction, OpCen, Logistics, and Marketing. The role will coordinate the build schedule to ensure we are hitting our monthly state-level targets and care for interdependencies that must be met to deliver the HHs each month. This role will also be responsible for providing executive-level readouts daily to the SLT on the progress we are making for the build.

The person will be responsible for leading a team of project managers that will be responsible for keeping projects on track and engaging the right resources to remove roadblocks as necessary.

The candidate needs to have very strong communication skills (written and verbal). They need to have strong organizational skills typical of a project manager. Having a construction background in telecommunications would be a significant advantage as would any PM certifications.

Bachelors degree required.

Masters degree preferred.
