The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor creates and leads a multi-dimensional strategy that integrates Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I;) into all aspects of business processes and the team member lifecycle at FedEx Logistics. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor conducts research, plans, leads, develops and implements programs related to workplace DE&I.; The role provides direction and interacts with various stakeholders and business partners at FedEx Logistics and other FedEx operating companies.

Build comprehensive short- and long-term DE&I strategy that stems from the FedEx Logistics business strategy and FedEx Enterprise-Wide DE&I strategy. Serve as subject matter expert on all DE&I related topics using qualitative and quantitative data and evidence-based best practices to drive results. Lead cross-functional DE&I team at FedEx Logistics. Serve on the FedEx Enterprise-Wide DE&I Council
Build and sustain partnerships across FedEx Logistics and the enterprise to promote workplace diversity, equity and inclusion. Partner with FedEx in national DE&I events, as needed. Work with. Workforce Strategy and leadership to develop strong pipelines of diverse talent. Work with Talent. Acquisition to help equip leaders to incorporate DE&I into hiring practices. Work with business leaders to assess and recommend initiatives for more effective work teams. Proactively research and conduct benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends. Keep leadership informed of trends. Direct DE&I program development and implementation for FedEx Logistics, including budget planning and preparation, business requirements and evaluation strategies. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with cross-functional and (when needed) cross-operating company teams. Advise and support the creation of executive and organization communications on DE&I topics. Develop innovative approaches to launching initiatives that create and foster a culture of inclusion that drives our attraction, promotion, and retention strategies.

5+ years of experience in diversity, equity and inclusion and/or human capital management. Expertise in analyzing data, developing insights that influence business strategy. 2+ years of facilitation or public speaking experience.
