Drive transformation change in the way clients deliver application testing services. Plan, implement, and perform quality assurance for large complex testing projects. Team with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Share knowledge and develop engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am 5:30 pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and 2 years of work experience.
Must have 2 years of experience in 4 of the following technical competencies:

Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management
Test Automation Framework Architecture
Agile Test Management
User Acceptance Test Coordination
IT Organizational Change Management
Performance Testing Program Management

Must have 1 year of consulting experience working for a multinational consulting/professional services firm.
Must have a relevant industry certification including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP, SAP, MCSA, CCNA, or ISTQB.
Requires travel up to 50%, in order to meet client needs.
