Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

The receptionist position will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates and greet visitors who come to the front office. This position will also assist HR and other administrative duties, including developing slideshow presentations. Maintain a clean and neat appearance of the Lobby, and coordinate work requests to the facilities team to address.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Handles calls on a multi-line phone system.

* Ensures calls and walk -ins are handled and directed to appropriate staff.

* Redirects HR related documentation to appropriate person or team.

* Greets and registers all visitors entering the building.

* Assists and coordinates pick-up and distribution of mail deliveries (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

* Orders office supplies as needed, including the mailroom

* Maintain file of elevator service receipts
* Maintain professional appearance of the Lobby
* Approve conference room requests
* Any other duties assigned my management.

Qualifications:

* HS Diploma OR GED.

* Two to three years of proven experience providing excellent customer service in receptionist role.

* English; written and spoken for interface with client personnel

* MS Office Suite (including but not limited to Excel and Word) and Outlook.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated customer services skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Positive, energetic and possess a professional personal presentation.
* Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships and works to meet and exceed expectations.
