Job Title: Team Lead, 2nd Shift

Location: South Chesterfield, VA (Plant 1)

Pay Rate: $22

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Team Lead to assist in directing the building and movement of Hillphoenix cases through the assembly process ensuring employee safety and the highest level of quality is achieved.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

* Ability to work and manage all stations on the assembly line
* Proven leader with experience leading within a large manufacturing organization; able to motivate teams and drive accountability
* Develops, promotes, and maintains a safe work environment.
* Have a working understanding of all basic safety procedures and sets the example for proper use of all safety equipment and apparel
* Direct daily activities in the work area to ensure daily production goals are met.
* Develops and maintains the highest quality standard zero defects. Works continuously to improve all areas.
* Training and coaching of associates to include manufacturing practices, quality practices, and safety procedures.
* Identify parts and part descriptions using work order information
* Communication of job status between shifts and continuation of work in progress
* Coordinate with supervisor for associate vacation requests and assist in associate reviews and accident investigation
* Understanding of all attendance and Human Resource policies.
* Strong professional presence and high ethical standards of conduct.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities is a must.
* Quickly and effectively shifts gears to meet changing business requirements.
* Other duties as assigned

What are the basic qualifications?

* HS Diploma/GED
* Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred
