Innovative Control Systems (ICS) is part of OPW VWS, a leader in the Vehicle Wash Manufacturing industry. ICS brings expertise and industry leadership in POS MGT Systems, Payment Terminals, Car Wash Controllers, Accessories, and other Car Wash Equipment. We have an immediate need for a CustomerSupport Representative at our Bethlehem offices. Excellent benefits package with health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance. Customer Support Representatives provide first level RFS (Request for Service) software support to existing valid users of ICS products. The focus of this job is to assist customers and provide guidance with software questions and concerns including, but not limited to configurations, installation, and updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform various updates and installations remotely
* Perform site surveys for existing customers and help determine what hardware is needed
* Assisting customers with networking setup/issues and computer peripherals such as printers and monitors
* Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
* Assist in training of new employees
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Basic understanding of networking, computers, MS Office
* Excellent customer service skills, especially over the phone

Desired Characteristics:

* Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent from Two-year College or technical school
* Six months or more of customer service experience and/or equivalent in-house training. Previous contact center experience a plus.
