Customer Service Rep CPC (Roseville, MN)

Location: Roseville, MN, US

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our Customer Service team, based in St. Roseville, MN. Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Rep will enter customer sales orders accurately and timely.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Interpret incoming customer purchase orders to accurately and timely enter sales orders into Oracle
* Send customers sales order acknowledgements
* Work collaboratively with the team in providing customers with accurate dates throughout the order cycle
* Enter customer complaints into CRM
* Professionally, accurately and thoroughly answer incoming customer calls and Emails. Follow up and file emails accurately. Manage workflow within team email box.
* May conduct other customer service duties as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service
* Type at minimum 70 WPM with 99% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in customer service
* 2+ years of Oracle experience

Travel: May include up to 5%
