The National Operations Manager is responsible for driving new processes for In-Home services, both in a collaborative setting with corporate teams and execution within their assigned region. As such, a successful NOM will spend approximately half their time working on national projects and the other half working with their regional leadership to achieve operational goals. This leader will ensure a high level of focus is placed on new lines of business, staffing and certification levels, training and development of managers.
They will be a liaison for all administration, operations, and repair and installation in a specific region. Including, but not limited to, profitability, sales, customer service/satisfaction, recruiting, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Develops, implements, and manages new strategic corporate initiatives for a designated region, and in coordination with other regions.
* Collaborates with Regional Director and disseminates overall communication of strategic initiatives; and achievement of desired results.
* Conducts remote assessments of field operations by reviewing metric results, performing root-cause analysis and determining solutions for meeting workplace goals. Ability to influence actions to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
* Participates in the training and on-boarding of new managers within the region. Providing coaching and insight to key business objectives and understanding of workplace measures.
* Provides recommendations on areas of improvement tailored to specific locations and/or leaders. Consults with the Regional Director for ongoing support and coaching.
* Has overall fiscal responsibility for the region including overall profit and loss, budget, inventory management, risk avoidance, and other financial responsibility. Ability to review key financial data on business levels and educate leaders on that information through business development strategies.
* Collaborates in a dynamic, fast paced environment taking on initiatives and developing action plans for process improvement and consistency. Is a collaborative liaison with corporate partners for alignment in divisional goals.
* Frequently travels during the week to conduct field visits with locations within their respective region. Travel may be up to 75% of the time. May occasionally attend company meetings, as required.
* Ensures safety and compliance of OSHA, and labor laws requirements, are met.
* Is an agent of change in Influencing, leading, and coaching all levels of the organization on a continuous basis. Is a stalwart ambassador of the Dish brand and influencing through the Dish Way.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the region in conjunction with the Region Managers and Regional Director. Monitors compliance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, planning, addressing and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University, 5 years related experience, and 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
SKILLS
Leadership and the ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Flexible, innovative and the responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. 50% frequently.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain a valid driver's license. Will be required to travel and be in possession of a valid personal credit card for reimbursement purposes

Regional Director
The National Manager of Operations is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a region of In-Home Service facilities in alignment with Region Managers and the Regional Director. The National Manager monitors compliance with company policies, works with field leaders and support partners to develop and/or update policies, processes, or initiatives to improve performance and enhance the customer experience. This position also plays a crucial role in further developing the company, every single day.
Key functions of the role:

Qualifications/Considerations:
* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University strongly preferred and 5+ years related experience; including 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with P&L responsibilities, including budget overview and cost controls with a history of understanding and driving performance metrics.
* Proven history of successfully managing multiple or conflicting priorities and deadlines.
* Flexibility and comfort with traveling up to 75%.
* Superb presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, across multiple levels of the organization.
Compensation: $86,400.00/Yr. - $120,200.00/Yr.
