Job Purpose

Global Supply Chain Analyst focuses on analyzing the end-to-end Global Supply Network and processes optimization

Supports development of supply chain strategies to deliver clinical and commercial supply.

This includes the development of key supply chain initiatives designed to properly service our global markets managing the flow of materials through processes, structure and systems that are globally harmonized and follow generally consistent timelines and procedures.

The role will support policies establishment, network alignments and documentation for the global planning department and requires the ability to balance often conflicting needs.

Major Accountabilities

Support Strategic Initiatives

1 ERP implementation as common planning platform, enhancing supply visibility and enabling the orchestration of the flow and staging of inventory through global supply network.

2 Support execution of Cell Therapy Supply Network Expansion to meet future demand (commercial and clinical)

3. Categorization planning/buying and process alignment with multiple stakeholders to create a more integrated, responsive, and flexible global supply chain.

4. Inventory Management Strategy and supply network integrated operating strategy

5. Reporting capabilities development for Supply Planning department and SD&OP process

Operational focus:

* Inventory projections for Strategic Growth Plans, Budgets and Business Updates
* Deployment Planning analysis to Manufacturing site warehouses and DCs
* Monitor alignment of supply operational Plans vs. financial commitment
* Safety stock and other Supply Planning parameters analysis
* Master data support for ERP
* Deployment and testing of the new IBP system and test scripts writing
* Business process documentation development in collaboration Demand planning /QA/Strategic Sourcing/Finance
* Support New Products introductions implementation planning, Phase In/Out management
* Slow & Non-moving Inventory analysis
* Develop and Generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and reports associated with distribution, demand and inventory management.
* ERP super user with ability to develop coaching documentation, communications, education, and guidance to supply planning team.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Education:

* Bachelors degree in engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
* APICS CPIM or CSPC Certification is a plus

Skills:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Hands-on team player willing to work in an environment where individual initiative, accountability, and professional maturity are required
* Must have strong analytical skills
* Able to synthesize information into a presentation appropriate to the organizational level of the audience. Able to summarize information concisely and communicate it using appropriate medium
* Must be able to work with limited day-to-day supervision.
* Strong PC experience, Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel user, coding is a plus
* Oracle EBS and /or SAP Advance Supply Chain Planning experience required.
