JOB SUMMARY

Play an integral role in our teams success as we deliver real estate solutions that enable our clients commercial aspirations.

Assists in the co-ordination and development of complex and high profile communication materials for senior-level client and internal CBRE leadership consumption including executive presentations and memorandums, quarterly business reviews, team communications and newsletters, intranet pages. Liase with senior-level client and CBRE team members to understand business objectives, decision points, stakeholders, timing and other important criteria, and distill complex concepts into easily digested and polished communications materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with background research and develops beautiful content for presentations and communication materials.

Supports communications needs of corporate operations and/or designated business groups and departments.

Engages in the development and execution of communications programs.

Coordinates a variety of specialized communication responsibilities.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of four to 6 years of relevant experience and/or training. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong visual design skills (advanced graphics development not required). Ability to synthesize multiple concepts into storyboards and produce visually appealing materials from storyboards. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts intermediate financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace skills.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
